The avoidance of our daily stressors could lead us to do many time-consuming and unproductive behaviors, such as tech scrolling, over-thinking, worrying, stress eating, and binging on activities we like. Let’s learn to support each other to move toward the best versions of ourselves.
To be the most helpful, our sessions be tailored to the individual group member’s questions and concerns. We will also take a deep dive into different components of habits setting, and have members apply them for the following week. Please sign up for each individual session to have the most comprehensive plan and make progress. However, even attending a few sessions will help.
