I’m a double-board certified child and adolescent psychiatrist who work with people of all ages.
Medical school was tough. I had to study a lot! And I mean a lot. On top of that, I was also dealing with poor study habits – procrastination, inconsistent study schedules, and last-minute cramming sessions.

Don’t get me wrong because I do have good memories from medical school but if knew then what I know now, I could have had a better experience with a lot less stress.
