Reminder to appreciate the small moments in life. Reminder to appreciate the small moments in life. Yes, I'm for real. Legit research studies with people at their end-of-life reveal that they feel the most content when they have found happiness in the small moments and little things in life. Further, when somebody pass away from their life, they tend to miss the little things that person does. So be you, be quirky, be yourself. Those small things you do, with the right people, will be loved and appreciated.

Have insomnia?? What do you do to help? TIP below. Have insomnia?? What do you do to help? TIP below.

Studies have shown that listening to water sounds, whether that is the ocean waves or running river, can be calming and relaxing.

TIP: Even if you're not near water, you can listen to water sounds before going to bed. An easy thing to do is to search for an hour-long water sounds on YouTube, then PUT YOUR PHONE ACROSS THE ROOM.

Don't have your phone near you to avoid temptation using it. One of the main reason people have insomnia is because they are on their phone while in bed. Phones and apps are made to be addicted and the light from it can keep you awake.

I would like to elaborate on the reasons why someone may be hospitalized for mental health issues, specifically in the case of clinical depression. Hospitalization for mental health issues is often necessary when the person's safety is at risk, whether it be to themselves or others. In the case of depression, hospitalization may be necessary if the person is experiencing suicidal thoughts or has attempted suicide. It may also be necessary if the person is unable to care for themselves or their daily functioning is significantly impaired.

In an inpatient psychiatry hospitalization, the individual receives intensive treatment for their mental health condition. This may include a combination of medication, psychotherapy, and group therapy, as well as daily monitoring by a team of mental health professionals. The goal of inpatient treatment is to stabilize the person's condition, ensure their safety, and provide them with the tools and support they need to continue their recovery after discharge.

It's important to remember that hospitalization for mental health issues is not a sign of weakness, but rather a proactive step towards getting the help and support needed to overcome the condition. If you or someone you know is struggling with mental health issues, please seek help from a qualified mental health professional.
