Starts with the Right Habits

I know you're tired of your bad habits.

Tired of saying, “I’ll start tomorrow,” only to fall back into the same routines.

Tired of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and frustrated with yourself.

Here's the truth

You don’t need to be perfect.

You don’t need to fix everything all at once.

You just need a system that works.

A way to start small, build momentum, and create habits that truly fit your life. Because real change doesn’t come from willpower—it comes from learning to show up, even on the hard days.

Story Time

YouHabits was created because I took on a big challenge - running my first half marathon in NYC.

Surprisingly, within just three months, I participated in nine races and completed the NYC Marathon in 2017. This journey wasn’t without its challenges—during training, I faced a knee injury that threatened to derail my progress. Instead of giving up, I committed to physical therapy and adapted my routine until I found a way forward.

It wasn’t perfect, but I kept going.

The lessons I learned through this experience make up the foundation of YouHabits. I refined my methods, built on them, and developed a practical, adaptable system that I can now share with others.

But YouHabits doesn’t just work for me. Over the years, I’ve partnered with businesses and taught countless students and professionals how to use the YouHabits method—and it worked for them too! It’s a system that, once learned, can be applied again and again throughout your life.

So when you invest in YouHabits, you’re not just building better habits for today—you’re investing in tools you can use for a lifetime.

What people say about YouHabits

She has taught me so many things about habits and routines
that previously I never entertained due to feeling "imprisoned" by having to do the same thing whatever it is, daily, rather than just doing what I wanted when I wanted...
I've started jotting down three priorities each day
to tackle the next day. My husband has been incredibly supportive by keeping track of my progress and ensuring I stay on course. It's been really effective!
Daily exercise turned out to be the most impactful habit for me
and it was surprisingly enabled by improving my sleep and eating/drinking habits. The YouHabits course was instrumental in helping me align my lifestyle with the habits I wanted to build.
The course truly helped me sort out
where to start and how to integrate these habits into my life effectively.
I now spend more time doing what I want
and less time on activities where I was wishing I were somewhere else. It’s become easier to say “NO” to activities that don’t align with my core values once I realized they were putting my habit goals at risk.
