After registering to Luminello and going through the 10-min assessment with Dr. Krysti (Lan Chi) Vo, you can book your initial initial session or follow up session through the Luminello platform:

- Wait for VO.Care's email
- Settle your Payment
- Wait for a confirmation

- 450 (Initial Psychiatric Evaluation for 60mins)
- 175 (Followup Psychiatric Evaluation for 25mins)

- 375 (Therapy and Family Meetings for 45mins)

How many follow-ups do I need?
The number of follow-ups a patient requires is based on clinical needs, with monthly initially and then every 3 months when clinically appropriate. Patients on controlled substance are required to do a follow-up every month.

The initial session/first visit (psychiatric evaluation) which is 60 mins is $450. A follow-up session which is 25 mins is $175. Lastly, $375 is for Therapy and Family Meetings for 45mins.
We don’t take insurance, but we can provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance for “out-of-network” reimbursement.
Dr. Vo is board-certified in both adult general psychiatry, and in child and adolescent psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. That means she can treat people of all ages.
Yes, this is upon request and proof of need is required.

We allow rescheduling or cancellation within 48 hours prior to the start of your booked appointment.
