I’m finally doing it! After about a year of planning, refining, teaching face to face, I’m going to be launching my course in 2025 ✨🔥

Getting this course together with my team has been challenging. We had to test and test, and even collaborate with brands and schools to see how people responded.

But everything was worth it! I’m happy to announce that we’re finally sharing it to everyone who wants to make a positive shift and break their bad habits.

Wearing your workout shoes is like flipping a mental switch—it signals your brain that it’s time to move.

This simple action acts as a cue, triggering the mindset shift needed to break inertia and get started.

So psychologically, it makes the idea of exercising feel more real and achievable because you’ve already taken the first step. It’s also practical! Once the shoes are on, you’re physically prepared to go for a walk, hit the gym, or even just stretch.

It eliminates one excuse (“I’m not ready”) and creates a small sense of commitment. Plus, the act of lacing up your shoes can feel like a ritual, helping you associate it with positive movement and reinforcing the habit over time.

This time of year feels like a moment to pause and breathe, to take stock of where we’ve been and where we’re headed. I’m reminded that even the coldest, quietest seasons prepare us for growth.

My biggest hope for next year is to launch my YouHabits Course and eBook with my team. We’ve made such great progress.

I’ve always been about living my life purposefully, and I honestly couldn’t do it without creating habits that give me more time for myself. Now, I want to share this with you too—how to create habits that will allow you to build a more fulfilling life.

You sit on your laptop, to-do list on hand, with the best intentions but you end up NOT DOING the things you swore you’d knock off today. This is me almost on a daily basis.

Let’s say your bad habit is always snack at 12MN (I’ve done it, no judgement here). Move the snacks to a weird spot—like the garage or the highest shelf.

You’ll be too lazy to grab them, and voilà, bad habit interrupted!

It sounds like a joke it has worked for many people. Introducing small obstacles like this can significantly reduce undesirable habits.
